Parade July4th

Lenexa Community Days Parade!

March with us during the Lenexa Community Days Parade on July 4! The Community Days Parade is an annual hometown tradition that draws thousands to Old Town to celebrate Independence Day. Our parade is one of the longest Fourth of July parades in the Kansas City area.

If you’d like to carpool, meet us in the church parking lot before 8:45 a.m. We’ll be leaving around 8:45 a.m.

Or you can meet us at the parade staging area around 9:15 a.m. We’re position #26, near Sante Fe Trail Dr and Park for staging. Take a look at an interactive map here.

To see what streets will be closed that morning, click here.

Once we arrive at the staging area, we’ll finish decorating the vehicle, we’ll hand out bags of candy to our volunteers and we’ll be sure everyone has a COMMUNITY t-shirt on.

Attire: Please wear a COMMUNITY t-shirt if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll give you one.

Parade starts at 10 a.m.!
