Worship Ministry

 

We are a Community that strives to encounter God and to connect with and serve others. This, to us, is a life lived in worship of the One who first loved us, a celebration and a sacrifice. We gather together on Sunday mornings (and other times) to remember God's mercy and grace, to worship through music and prayer, to learn from the scriptures, and then to be sent once again into the world to live lives of sacrifice. While this looks different for people of different cultures and preferences, we strive to provide a hospitable environment in each worship gathering that will help everyone who comes through our doors to encounter God in his or her own unique way and to connect with others in a meaningful way. We have two unique worship gatherings, one traditional, the other modern, for this very reason. Diversity of taste and culture is to be celebrated and encouraged, as each brings to the table unique gifts and perspectives.
