Whether on Sundays or during the week, whether behind the scenes or up front, whether in leadership or in a supporting role, there are many ways you can serve at Community Covenant Church. Check out the ministries below to find the volunteer opportunities that best match your skills and fit your availability.
Welcome Center volunteers serve our attendees by answering questions and providing information. Contact Mike Stein at mikesteinccc@gmail.com.
Greeters welcome attendees with handshakes, hospitality and smiles at entrances around the church building on Sunday mornings. Contact PaMike Stein at mikesteinccc@gmail.com.
We are looking for friendly Greeters and Welcome Center staff to serve on Sunday mornings. As a 'Greeter', you will have the opportunity to welcome those entering the sanctuary and make the 'first impression' on all who attend on Sunday mornings. Another way of 'serving' those who attend Sunday mornings is by staffing the 'Welcome Center'. The efficient service of those in need can make all the difference to someone who is deciding to make CCC their home church. If you are interested in serving as a Greeter or in the Welcome Center, please join us on March 24th. at 6pm for a 1-hour training session in room 211 of the Fellowship Hall upstairs. Dinner will be provided so please rsvp to Pastor John Paul at johnpaul.hw@cccks.org. or contact the church office at (913)631-0215 and indicate to the receptionist that you will be attending.

Buildings and Grounds volunteers take care of the church grounds from physical maintenance to mowing the lawns. Contact Jamie Wolf at 4wfarm@sbcglobal.net.
Library volunteers help tend to the library which provides christian books of various topics that are supplied to church attendees. Contact Donna Pittman at jpittman@everestkc.net
Ushers assists in Sunday morning services and special events by offering general assistance, seating attendees and collecting the offerings. Contact Wayne Butler at butler@everestkc.net
