Prayer Opportunities

“…in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Philippians 4:6b

No one needs an invitation to pray.  Anywhere, anytime, you can pray to God, and He will hear your prayers.  At Community Covenant Church, we consider prayer essential; in fact, it is one of our core values.

A Time for prayer with others – 

Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM in the Prayer Room

These one hour prayer sessions focus on thanksgiving and praise along with prayers for our missionaries, our pastors and our church, along with prayer requests received by the church and your personal requests. We will also include time for reflecting on the book: “The prayer that changes everything” by Stormie Omartian. Come and be blessed as we commune with our gracious Heavenly Father.

Prayer Ministry

This vital ministry supports the church through prayer and is led by our Lay Pastor, Bob Watson.

Intercessors

A team of people prayerfully intercede for the needs of the church as well as specified requests given by church leadership. Email Bob Watson for more information.

Prayer Chain

A team of people who have requested to be notified of any needs in the church body that require prayer. Email Amy Johnston to join the prayer chain email list.

Special prayer meetings that are planned by the missions team.
