The High School years are an important time where students make their faith their own. We want to challenge students to think through what they believe and why they believe it. Current studies show that only 16% of college freshman feel that their youth ministries adequately prepared them for life after High School. We want to cultivate life-long disciples of Jesus who cultivate other disciples of Jesus.
We have amazing leaders who love Jesus Christ and want to walk with students through the hugely formational High School years. We desire to create a community where students feel safe and secure to explore their faith questions and struggles. Through spiritual conversations and transformational experiences, we hope students will graduate from High School with a strong, well-thought-out faith.
Our student ministry is not about programs. Our programs exist as a means to develop relationships within our High School community and with those who are not yet part of our spiritual family. Through weekly youth group meetings, camps, retreats, fun events, service projects and much more, we hope to develop a strong community that is welcoming to all.
High School students meet Sunday mornings, 9:45 - 10:30 a.m., in the Fish Tank. This is a great time to grab a donut, worship with the student worship team and dig into God's Word.
High School Youth Group meets most Sunday evenings during the school year, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in the Fish Tank. Join us for games, worship and learning together from God's story.
