2015 Prayer Week

Sun, January 4, 2015

We invite you to participate in prayer week from January 4th through the 11th. Make this prayer week a memorable time in your spiritual life.

Here a the ways to make this prayer week a meaningful time for you at the beginning of the New Year:

  • Use the devotional booklet that will be available in your bulletin and at the welcome center on January 4th. It’s called “PRAYER – Actively Waiting”. This booklet invites us to walk through the Old Testament and witness those who prayed for protection, provision, peace, power and promise. We will walk alongside those who have asked for God’s presence – to rescue them from pain or to fulfill his promise. You can also download the booklet here: BOOKLET
  • Attend an all-church Prayer Vigil at 6 PM, 7 PM and 8 PM on January 11th. Please sign up for a time in the foyer this Sunday morning or contact the office for your time slot.  We will be concentrating on prayer for the ministry of the church in 2015. We will continue our prayers for those who need to know the Lord Jesus as their Savior. We will ask for testimonies about how God has been at work in our lives and for those who have recently accepted Him.

Let us pray together during prayer week and concluding with Prayer night. May we actively “wait upon the Lord” for the fulfillment of the promise of Christ’s return and for the answers to our prayers.
